this is interesting because it covers abortion and how a new plan would have to involve a pro-life and pro-choice option.

    There is definitely a fine line for liberals trying to write this bill. It seems like they want to keep abortion as part of the public option, but they don't want to loose to many votes. That's a hard issue to find middle ground on.

    It is sad that in order for liberals to pass the Health Care Reform passage, they have to make agreements that they wouldn't normally agree on. As emily said above, they don't want to lose the votes. it certainly is hard to find middle ground in this issue.
