may not be insured because their condition is said to be "pre-existing."

I think this is the most blatant example we've come across that health insurance needs reform. These insurers are trying to find ANYTHING to deny coverage.
ReplyDeleteI think that that's crazy! Even though it is considered a "pre-existing" condition it shouldn't matter whether or not the insurers extend coverage to them.
ReplyDeleteI can't believe this ruling is in eight different states. This is an entire issue by itself. There are so many abuse victims every year, a topic that we talked about in health last year. This problem needs to brought to a higher positions because this is just ridiculous. How can a state, let alone a health insurance company, be so oblivious and blind to big issue.
