Cole on Health Care II

Hi Mr. Aldredge,

I watched the news a couple nights ago and found this topic about Wal-Mart and it's employees.
There is a video on the subject. It doesn't talk about health insurance but about sick days and
losing money for missing work. I though it was an interesting video. Here it is.

  1. They say no one will be fired for having H1N1, and yet they still have no policy change? That's contradictory already, seeing as most people have the flu for much longer than the three allotted days.

  3. Why would they risk others getting sick by not letting the person that is sick on the first day stay at home. The policy doesn't make any sense. And adding to Emily's post, what if they are out for more than three days. What happens then? Are they fired even if it does state that no one will be fired for having H1N1.
